How to Make Creamy chicken tortellini soup

Creamy chicken tortellini soup Ingredients and Procedures.



Ingredients:
4 Pcs Chicken Breast Fillet (Cubed)
1 Pc White Onion (Diced)
1 Pc Carrots (Peeled & Diced)
2 Clove Garlic (Minced)
2 Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
500 ml Chicken Stock
500 ml Milk
½ Tsp Dried Basil
½ Tsp Dried Oregano
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Parsley

Procedure:

- Saute onions and carrots then add in chicken breast fillet. Cook for 3 minutes then add in butter and flour, continue to cook for 2 minutes then add basil and oregano.
- Add in chicken stock and milk then simmer until creamy then add in tortellini. Cook for another 3 minutes then add in grated Parmesan cheese.

Tortellini Pasta

Pasta:
1 Cup Flour
1 Pc Egg
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Vinegar
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Pepper

Filling:
1 Cup Cream Cheese
1 Cup Spinach
Salt
Pepper
Egg wash

Procedure:
- To make pasta, make a well with flour then add all ingredients. Stir until a dough is formed. Roll pasta into thin sheet then using a round cookie cutter cut into 4 inch disks.
- To make filling combine all ingredients then mix well. Spoon mixture into disk, but do not over fill.
- Brush edges with egg wash then fold disk in half. Hold and join the edges together. Pinch to make tortellini.

THAI TOM YUM GONG Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients:
- 2 Liter Water
- 5 Stalks Lemon Grass (Pounded then tied)
- 1 Thumb Galangal (Sliced)
- 10 Pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 8-10 Pcs Thai Red Chili (Sliced)
- 6 Cloves Garlic (Crushed)
- ¾ Kg Fresh Water Shimps
- 4 Pcs Tomato (Quaretered)
- 1 Pc White Onion (Quartered)
- 1 Bunch Cilantro (Chopped)
- Hand Full of Oyster Mushrooms
- 10 Pcs Lime
- ½ Cup Evaporated Milk (Optional)
- 3 Tbsp Nam Prik
- Thai Fish Sauce (To Taste)
- Sugar (To Taste)



1. Heat water then add in lemongrass, galangal, kafir lime leaves, chilli, garlic then bring to a simmer.
2. Add Shrimps on the broth then let this simmer until shrimps start to change color.
3. Add in tomato, onion and mushrooms simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Season with fish sauce and sugar.
5. Add in Nam Prik and milk (if you choose to make this creamy). Simmer then add in Lime Juice.
6. Add Chopped cilantro then serve.

How to Make Pinoy Pageti

PINOY PAGETI Ingredients and Procedures.

Ingredients:
- 100 g Kalabasa, thick sliced
- 200 g Sweet potato (kamote)
- 1 small Onion
- 1 small Garlic, whole
- 1 piece Eggplant, grilled, peeled and mashed
- 2 ears Corn
- 1 piece Corn, boiled and grated
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 5 pieces Tomato
- 6 teaspoons Coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Peanuts
- Salt and pepper to taste




1. Slice unpeeled kalabasa, kamote and peeled onions into tiny cubes.
2. Slice tomatoes and remove the seeds.
3. Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion.
4. Add and sauté tomatoes slowly simmering till boiling.
5. Add sliced kalabasa and kamote and cook.
6. Add the peeled and mashed grilled eggplant.
7. In a separate casserole, boil corn with its corn silk wrapped by its cover.
8. Boil together sliced onions and garlic with the corn.
9. When boiling, add the uncut long spaghetti.
10. Sprinkle salt and coconut oil to the spaghetti.
11. Pour a cup of boiled corn broth into the tomato and vegetable mixture.
12. Add salt and pepper to taste.
13. Add the half cooked spaghetti and cook till soft.
14. When spaghetti is soft, sprinkle pounded peanuts and boiled and grated corn.

- 500 g Beef Breakfast Steak
- 1 pc Pear (Grated)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 thumb Ginger (Grated)
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- ½ tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 3 cups Cooked White Rice
- 1 small head Lettuce
- 2 cups Kimchi



1. Combine all ingredients on a bowl except for rice, lettuce and kimchi.
2. Pan grill beef to preferred doneness.
3. Line a lettuce leaf with kimchi, rice and beef then roll.

500 Grams Ground Sirloin
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese (Chilled then diced)
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
½ Cup Milk
½ Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Pc Egg
1 Bunch Parsley

Pepper

Flour for dredging

Spaghetti
Marinara Sauce
Pesto
Parmesan Cheese

Baguette
Marinara Sauce
Romaine Lettuce
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Alfalfa

Cooked Rice
Marinara Sauce
Quick Melting Cheese
Salted Butter

Marinara Sauce

- Combine all ingredients on a bowl then mix well.
- Form into balls then dredge in flour. Fry until golden brown.
- Plate rice on a bowl top salted butter, then top Meat balls. Pour Marinara Sauce over then top with quick melting cheese. Broil until cheese has melted and browned.
- Plate pasta on a plate then pour marinara sauce over. Top meat balls then drizzle pesto sauce over. Top grated Parmesan cheese.
- Heat bread then spread marina sauce. Top romaine lettuce and sliced cheddar cheese. Top creamy meat balls then top with alfalfa.

½ cup Mayonnaise

1 pc Lemon

Procedure:
- Make fish batter combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, salt and pepper.
- Season fish with salt and pepper then drench fish on flour. Dip fish in batter then deep fry until golden brown. Set aside on plate lined with paper towel.
- To make creamy dip combine mayo, cream, garlic and lemon. Then season with salt and pepper.
